Holly
I have lived and worked in Paleros since 2016, giving me extensive local knowledge of the area.
With more than 12 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations and holiday resort management, I have developed a practical, hands on approach to delivering excellent service. My background includes large team leadership, guest support, customer care, activity coordination, as well as experience in sales, reservations and booking management. This has given me a strong understanding of the guest journey, from the initial enquiry and booking process through to arrival, in resort support and departure, while also developing the ability to resolve day to day operational issues quickly and professionally.
