Villa Aetos

Perched above the bay in the peaceful village of Pogonia, Villa Aetos is a beautifully designed retreat with sweeping views across the Ionian Sea and surrounding mountains. Spread across three levels, the villa combines contemporary interiors with generous outdoor spaces and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

Inside, the bright open-plan living and dining area features large glass doors that draw in natural light and frame the sea views, alongside a fully equipped modern kitchen. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony, while two additional double en-suite bedrooms are positioned on the garden level, including one with a bunk bed that works particularly well for families.

Outside is where Villa Aetos really stands out. A private L-shaped swimming pool, jacuzzi, spacious decking and landscaped Mediterranean gardens create an inviting setting for long summer days. An outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining and lounge area make it easy to spend evenings outside, whether enjoying dinner with friends or watching the sun set over the Ionian. The beach is approximately 1 km away and the centre of Pogonia around 500 metres from the villa.
