Villa Helena

Villa Helena is a modern three-bedroom retreat set high above Pogonia, surrounded by olive groves and enjoying beautiful views across Paleros Bay, the Ionian Sea and the Acarnanian Mountains. Built in 2021, the villa has been designed to make the most of its elevated setting, combining contemporary interiors with generous outdoor spaces for a peaceful Mediterranean stay.

The villa is arranged in two parts. The main house includes the master bedroom, kitchen and lounge, while two additional guest bedrooms sit across the decked outdoor living area, creating a little extra privacy for families or groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave and coffee facilities, while large glass doors connect the living spaces directly with the terrace and pool.

Outside, Villa Helena features a spacious shaded dining area with BBQ, landscaped Mediterranean gardens and a saltwater infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers. The peaceful beach of Pogonia is within walking distance, while private off-road parking, air conditioning, fast satellite internet and a Smart TV add to the practical comforts of the property.
