Villa Nea Gi

Villa Nea Gi is a contemporary hillside retreat above Pogonia, surrounded by olive groves and enjoying spectacular views across Paleros Bay, the Ionian Sea and the Acarnanian Mountains. Designed for up to six guests, the villa combines modern architecture, natural light and generous outdoor living spaces to create a peaceful setting for relaxed Mediterranean holidays.

The accommodation is arranged across a main house and separate guest accommodation. The main living space includes an open-plan kitchen and lounge together with the principal bedroom, while two additional bedrooms are positioned across the outdoor living area, giving families or groups an extra sense of privacy. Large openings throughout the property make the surrounding landscape and sea views an integral part of the interior.

Outside is the real highlight. A spacious terrace, shaded pergola, outdoor kitchen and lounge area surround the heated infinity pool, creating a beautiful space for long days outdoors, relaxed lunches and evenings overlooking the bay. Pogonia beach is approximately 600 metres away, while local tavernas, cafés, a bakery and village amenities are nearby. Paleros is around 4 km away.
