Mara

Mara is a peaceful two-bedroom ground-floor retreat in Pogonia, surrounded by olive groves and just a short stroll from the sea. Overlooking Paleros Bay, the property enjoys a beautiful setting with views towards the Ionian Sea and the Acarnanian Mountains, making it an inviting base for a relaxed family holiday.

Inside, the apartment combines contemporary comfort with a practical layout for up to four guests. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms, a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space. Large doors connect the bedrooms and living spaces with the outdoor areas, bringing plenty of natural light into the property.

Outside, Mara really comes into its own. A spacious terrace surrounds the 7 × 3.5 m private swimming pool, while a pergola-shaded sitting and dining area creates a relaxed setting for long breakfasts, afternoons by the pool and warm summer evenings. Mediterranean planting completes the peaceful atmosphere, while Pogonia's tavernas, supermarket, cafés and beach are all nearby.
